The bees collect no floral nectar, but rather the valuable honeydew that forms on the trunks of Aleppo pine trees. This traditional interplay between tree, insect and bee has remained virtually unchanged for centuries.

Pine honey remains liquid for a long time and only crystallizes finely later, a typical characteristic of many honeydew honeys.

Its taste is mild, velvety and woody-warm, with notes of pine resin, herbs and caramel. A honey that accompanies rather than dominates, for connoisseurs seeking an unadulterated and profound product.
