PINE HONEY – Strong character & rich in antioxidants

Pine honey is one of the most distinctive forest honeys – mild, resinous, warm, and rich in natural antioxidants. The bees don't collect flower nectar, but rather the valuable honeydew that forms on the trunks of the Aleppo pine. This traditional interplay between tree, insect, and bee has remained virtually unchanged for centuries.
